Quick Gym Workouts


This circuit will improve both your cardiovascular system and your muscular endurance, as well as allow you to do a full workout in less than 10mins. The idea behind the circuit is to carry out a number of exercises in sequence, without putting the Dumbbells on the floor.
The circuit can be carried out without the worry of having to set up lots of equipment ; all you need is a couple of dumbbells.


Do 3 Circuits – 30secs rest in between each circuit.



Dumbbell Squats                       15reps


DB Shoulder Press                   15reps


DB Stiff Leg Dead Lift              15reps


DB Row                                  15reps


DB Lunges                              15reps
